Shipping policy

All Soul-inked products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party production partners.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIMES
We use third-party service providers to manufacture and ship products. We remain responsible for customer support, but production is outsourced. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Order volume
- Seasonal demand
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are fulfilled by third-party production partners and shipped via external carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. This is because products may be fulfilled from different facilities.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays or high demand periods.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 7-15 business days
International: 15-22 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 - DELAYS AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Incorrect address submissions:
- You are fully responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Your order may be returned
- Reshipping costs will be your responsibility
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier first.
We are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery locations once marked delivered
However, we will review the situation and assist where possible.
Unclaimed shipments:
- If an order is not claimed and returned, reshipping costs apply.
- Unclaimed items may be disposed of without refund.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence, your order number and a short description of the issue.
We reserve the right to investigate and determine eligibility for replacement.
