We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or modified once placed because production begins shortly after submission.

- Entering the correct shipping details.
You accept that all sales are final.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You selected the wrong product or variant
- You change your mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Lost or Stolen Packages
All items are custom-made per order and cannot be restocked or resold.
We only offer replacements in cases where:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item was received
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Incorrect address submissions:
